❌ Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Each item is handmade or prepared individually, and production often begins shortly after the order is confirmed.

We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including
Change of mind
Wrong selection (size, design, etc.)
Delayed delivery by courier services
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help!

A clear photo of the damaged item
Your order ID and contact details
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item. Return shipping costs (if needed) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
